Pacific Coast Services and its divisions warrant that the cleaning work performed by their crews shall be to the reasonable satisfaction of their Customer or the work will be redone satisfactorily, or the price paid on the portions not satisfactory will be refunded, to be decided by Company so long as written notification of dissatisfaction is received at the company office shown below within fifteen (15) days of the cleaning. FURTHER, in the event that damages occur to carpeting, furnishings, walls, etc., written notice thereof must be received at the Company office shown below within fifteen (15) days of the cleaning date. The Company will, as soon as practicable, examine such claimed damages, and upon establishing that the damage was caused by Company employees, the Company shall have appropriate Trades people repair or restore the damaged property to the condition existing before such damage occurred. In the event that the company determines that repair or restoration is not practicable, the Company will pay a cash settlement in accord with the value of the specific area damaged immediately prior to the time of the cleaning, such value to be determined in accordance with the standard depreciation schedules used in adjudicating insurance claims. Fume fading, unstable dyes, stains from furniture, reoccurring spots, stains, odor or problems from unknown origin is specifically excluded. Manufacturing defects, and or non-professional or improper installation which results in damage is specifically excluded.
